The Integrated Health and Social Development (IHSD)Department of VARCE is engineering a future where community wellbeing is driven by systemic resilience rather than isolated interventions. We recognize that health, social equity, and governance are deeply interconnected, and our mission is to solve the root causes of instability at their intersection. By bridging the gap between public health and social development, we transform vulnerable populations into active architects of their own development.

Our impact is fueled by three inseparable pillars: Integrated Public Health, Inclusive Social Development, and Transformative Governance. We move beyond reactive treatment by delivering evidence-based health campaigns, while simultaneously providing capacity-building for youthsand women to amplify their voices in decision-making and governance. This holistic approach ensures that progress is not just achieved, but sustained through stronger community institutions and more responsive public services.
