Community Development

Gender and Education (GED)

The Gender and Education Department (GED) is committed to transforming lives through inclusive, rights-based approaches that prioritize gender equity and education access. GED is about reaching the most vulnerable, amplifying their voices, and equipping them—especially girls and women—with the tools to break cycles of inequality.

Our work spans across gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, education access, youth engagement, and life skills development. Through targeted programs, we address systemic barriers that hinder young people, particularly girls in underserved communities, from achieving their full potential.
