MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E)

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Department at VARCE is responsible for tracking and assessing the impact of all programs and interventions implemented by the organization. It plays an indispensable role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across VARCE’s efforts in value reorientation and community development. The department designs tools, collects and analyzes data, and evaluates how effectively ongoing initiatives align with VARCE’s mission of promoting positive values and societal transformation. Through regular assessments, the M&E team identifies both successes and gaps, and provides evidence-based recommendations to enhance program outcomes. This approach helps ensure that VARCE’s work remains impactful, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of the communities it serves.
